Digital Files
G5 Dental Lab accepts digital files from most major intraoral scanners. Sending your digital file to our lab will depend on the scanner your practice uses. Check through our list of protocols below to see how you can digitally connect to our lab and get your impression to our team.
iTero® 1. Call 800-577-8767 and select option 2 2. Request that G-5 Dental Lab be added to your scanner. 3. After G-5 Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner. 4. After connecting to us as a lab, select G-5 Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files.
iCarestream™ 1. Login to Dexis IS Connect. 2. Practice users need to enter their Username/Email associated with their practice. 3. Click on "Quick Connect" located in the top right corner. 4. Select "Add A Partner." 5. Enter the lab's email address "info@G5dentallab.com" and click on "Send." 6. Please call the lab to confirm acceptance.
3Shape TRIOS® 1. Log in to the 3Shape Communicate Portal 2. Search for "info@g5dentallab.com" to find our lab and connect. 3. Select G-5 Dental Lab whenever sending files.
Midmark True Definition (formerly 3M™) 1. Call Midmark support at 800-634-2249 and select option 3, then select option 1 2. Request G-5 Dental Lab to be added to your scanner 3. Midmark will then confirm with us and add your connection remotely
Medit 1. Export .STL, .PLY, or .OBJ files from scanner. 2. Email files to the following email address: info@G5dentallab.com.
Planmeca® Emerald™ 1. Select the "find a lab" option on your scanner 2. Search for "G-5 Dental Lab" and add us as your laboratory 3. Select G-5 Dental Lab when submitting scans
